Capital Heels'  SUMMER DANCE CAMP -- Line dance event in Finland 9.-11.6.2023

LOCATION

Summer Dance Camp 2023 will be held at a beautiful place by a lake: Urheiluopisto Kisakeskus in Pohjankuru. The location is about 100 km west from Helsinki.

ACCOMMODATION

There are cottages available for groups of 4-5 persons, and there's a kitchen, toilet, shower and sauna in each of them. Other accommodation consists of rooms for 2-5 persons; each room has its own toilet, but the kitchen and shower facilities are shared. Towels and bed linen are provided in all premises.

Check-in time is on Friday June 10th between 4pm - 7pm at the reception in the main building.

MEALS

The price of the full weekend package covers meals for Friday (supper), Saturday (breakfast, lunch, dinner, supper) and Sunday (breakfast, lunch). Meals are served at a buffet in the Kisakeskus restaurant.

Sweets and snacks can be bought at the restaurant bar and at the reception of the main building. The nearest shops are located in the villages of Pohja and Karjaa (10-20km from the venue).

THE MAIN POINT - DANCING!

There will be more than 20 hours of dancing at the camp and nearly half of it will be in workshops, which will be varied both in level and style. All workshops and social dancing will be in the same hall, located in the same building as the restaurant.

FULL WEEKEND PASS

Full weekend pass includes EVERYTHING:  accommodation, meals, workshops and social dancing!

The price for adults is 230 €, or 250 € if staying in a cottage.

Full weekend pass for under-eighteens is 200 € (or 220 € in a cottage). If your non-dancing family member would like to come and stay at the camp for the weekend, ask the price for accommodation and meals by email: leiri(a)capitalheels.fi.

Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email with information on the bank account to which the payments should be made. A down payment of 100 € should be done by 30.4.2023 to confirm the registration. The rest of the total price should be paid by 31.5.2023.

In case of cancellations, refunds will only be paid if a medical certificate is provided. If cancelled after 31.5.2023, we are not able to refund the entire fee.

REGISTRATION

Registration opens on 5.2.2023 and ends on 30.4.2023. Registration is personal and binding.

Book your place at the camp by filling out the registration form carefully. We need your full contact info. You can write in the form who you would like to lodge with, and we will do our best to carry out your wishes. Please also mention in the form, if you have any food allergies or special diets, so the Kisakeskus kitchen can take these into consideration.

THEME PARTY ON SATURDAY

The theme for the Sat evening party will be vacation/holiday, in any kind of way you want to interpret it. Winter or summer holiday, at home or travelling, sporty activities or relaxing lazyness, etc.
