LOCATION

Capital Heels' Summer Dance Camp 2018 will be held at the same place as a few previous years: Urheiluopisto Kisakeskus in Pohjankuru. The location is about 100 km west from Helsinki.

ACCOMODATION

The rooms and appartments are for 2 - 6 persons and are located in terraced houses, semi-detached houses and two buildings called Ylätalo and Alatalo. There are toilets and showers in all rooms/appartments and a fridge in most premises. Towels and bed linen are provided.

Check-in time is on Friday June 8th between 16 - 19 at the reception in the main building.

MEALS

The price of the full package covers meals for Friday (supper), Saturday (breakfast, lunch, dinner, supper) and Sunday (breakfast, lunch). Meals are served at a buffet in the Kisakeskus restaurant.

Please note that supper is served on Friday from 8 pm onwards. Proper food will not be available before that time, only sweets and snacks can be bought at the restaurant bar and at the reception of the main building. If you want something else to eat before the evening meal, we recommend that you visit a grocery store on your way to the camp. The nearest shops are located in the centers of Pohja and Karjaa.

THE MAIN POINT - DANCING!

There will be close to 20 hours of dancing at the camp and more than half of it will be in workshops, which will be varied both in level and style. All workshops and social dancing will be in the same hall, located in the same building with the restaurant.

FULL PASS

Full pass includes accomodation, meals, workshops and social dancing.

The price for adults is 210 €, of which 100 € should be paid by the time the registration closes (April 10th 2018) to confirm the registration.

Full pass for under-eighteens is 180 €, down payment the same 100 € as in adult pass. If your non-dancing family member would like to come and stay at the camp for the weekend, ask the price for accomodation and meals by email: leiri(a)capitalheels.fi.

Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email with information on the bank account to which the payments should be made. Down payment is due 10.4.2018 and the rest of the amount 31.5.2018.

In case of cancellations, refunds will only be paid if a medical certificate is provided. If cancelled after 1.6.2018, we are not able to refund the entire fee.

REGISTRATION

Registration starts on 6.3.2018 and ends on 10.4.2018. Registration is personal and binding.

Book your place at the camp by filling out the registration form carefully. We need your contact info not only for us, but for Kisakeskus. You can write in the form who you would like to lodge with, and we will do our best to carry out your wishes. Please also mention in the form, if you have any food allergies or special diets, so the Kisakeskus kitchen can take these into consideration.

THEME FOR SATURDAY NIGHT'S PARTY

The theme for Summer Dance Camp 2018 party on Saturday night is... SLUMBER PARTY! :)
